Foshan Shunde Lunjiao Mingyang Socks Co., Ltd. is private company limited specialized in OEM of baby socks. We are capable to design and produce various baby socks (male/female). Our company was established in 1998, located in Yange Industrial Zone, Lunjiao, Shunde District, Foshan, Guangdong, covering 5,500 square meters. We have 4 primary workshops, i.e. loom workshop, tailoring workshop, boarding workshop, and packaging workshop. Our factory has introduced 130 units of the most advanced new model computer controlled socks weaving machines, toe & crotch sewing machines, boarding machines, and etc. We take complete follow-up through the whole production procedure, including raw material purchasing, printing and dyeing, trimming, weaving, and etc. On the other hand, we strictly inspect every batch of products to guarantee the products are under well quality control. Furthermore, we have gradually established an experienced and professional quality inspection team, so that we can comprehensively control the product quality and the delivery lead-time. We use the U.S. Du Pont high-class polyamide yarns and imported percale combed cotton as the key raw materials. Through advanced techniques, technologies, and production management, and supported with computer control system, we are able to produce the international quality products, which are similar to the most popular in Europe.
